Our tradition on Canada Day is to head on over to Andrew Hayden Park and take in the festivities. We were a little nervous that the weather was going to be terrible because, well that’s what the weather has been so far this summer.

We made our second annual trip to the Ottawa International Festival of Ribs and Eating. The weather was great (although Adalia doesn’t seem to like the hot), the food was incredible and I caught a childhood memory on film.

It wasn’t cold, it wasn’t raining so we hopped on our bikes, handed Aviva the video recorder and spend the rest of the afternoon answering the question, “How was your day?”. All in all, a pretty good day.
